Learning objective: Build students’ confidence in their knowledge and understanding
Your students are a valuable teaching resource. Whenever a student asks a question – whether it’s a spelling, a word’s meaning, a plot point, anything – invite the class to answer it. Take as many answers as are available to validate those students’ views/knowledge/understanding and to widen other students’ views/knowledge/understanding.
